Na primeira vez, tanto a recepcionista quanto a cabeleireira, me informaram que para o meu cabelo, a escova custaria R$ 70,00 e que a promoção tinha acabado. No outro dia eu liguei ao salão e a moça informou que a promoção estava vålida. Na segunda vez, quando a cabeleireira viu que eu não pagaria o valor maior, fez a escova por R$ 55,00. Ambas as vezes me senti mal, pois tinha ligado e confirmado antes a validade da promoção e na hora, eles cobram mais caro. Acredito e valorizo sim o trabalho dos profissionais, mas a informação deveria ser uma só e não mudar de profissional para profissional.
I've been through 2x an uncomfortable situation in relation to the promotion that appears in the entrance, from Monday to fifth brush at R $ 45.00.
The first time, both the receptionist and the hairdresser, informed me that for my hair, the brush would cost R $ 70.00 and that the promotion was over. The other day I called the salon and the girl informed me that the promotion was valid. The second time, when the hairdresser saw that I would not pay the larger amount, she made the brush for R $ 55.00. Both times I felt bad, because I had called and confirmed the validity of the promotion before and at the time, they charge more. I really liked Gal's cut. It was exactly how I like it short, symmetrical and with a light fit with the gradient. The lounge is well located and comfortable. I really enjoyed the service from both the professional and the reception. I highly recommend the salon services.
