When renting graduation gown the place does NOT make the necessary adjustments. Unfortunate to have to pay someone else to adjust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento até que é bom ,Mas me decepcionei muito com as roupas aluguei um vestido e veio rasgado a camisa do terno branca toda amarelada parece que nem foi lavado. Não indico pra ninguém.!!!!!!
Service is good, but I was very disappointed with the clothes, I rented a dress and the white yellowed suit shirt came ripped, it looks like it hasn't even been washed. I don't recommend it to anyone. !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento roupas muito usadas , tiveram que pegar uma camisa na loja vizinha por que não tinham uma camisa de boa aparecia roupa muito surrada separei toda a roupa e quando fui buscar a calça estava com alfinetes segurando a barra e ainda não era a que eu tinha escolhido liguei para falar da calça nem ligaram ..não indico a ninguém uma loja que nem deveria estar mais no vale eu mesmo fui por que já conhecia e no passado o atendimento era ótimo. a tendentes que são totalmente desorganizadas e a atendendente que ainda te atende com gírias em uma loja desta jamais deveriam contratar um pessoas assim principalmente por ser uma loja de trajes a rigor ,mas enfim fica minha insatisfação e o preço que cobra tem outras lojas que tem preços muito melhores e melhor atendimento .... só não cancelei tudo por que a tendente não sabia cancelar o cartão .... e estava com pressa para ir embora pediu ate que eu viesse no outro dia por que ela não sabia como cancelar ai a senhora da outra loja soube contornar a situação...mas jamais alugaria nesse lugar novamente ....decepcionado totalmente .
Bad service very used clothes, had to get a shirt from the neighboring store because they did not have a good shirt appeared very shabby clothes I separated all the clothes and when I went to get the pants had pins holding the bar and was not yet the one I chose to call to talk about the pants or call .. I do not tell anyone a store that should not even be in the valley myself went because I already knew and in the past the service was great. the tendencies that are totally disorganized and the attendant who still slang you in a store like this should never hire such a person mainly because it is a strict costume store, but finally my dissatisfaction and the price it has other stores that have much better prices and better service .... I just didn't cancel everything because the tendant didn't know how to cancel the card .... and was in a hurry to leave asked until I came the other day why she didn't know how to cancel there the lady from the other store knew how to get around the situation ... but would never rent in this place again .... totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dei 5 estrelas porque pecam no atendimento, não são nada cordiais e as vezes chegam a ser mau educados. Infelizmente tem dia que não estamos bem eu concordo, mas já não é a primeira vez que algumas situações chatas acontecerem comigo e com outras pessoas. No mais cumprime com o contrato entregam as roupas limpas e ajustadas.
I just did not give 5 stars because they sin in the service, they are not friendly at all and sometimes they get rude. Unfortunately there are days when we are not well I agree, but this is not the first time that some boring situations have happened to me and to other people. In the most complies with the contract they deliver the clothes clean and adjusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é permitido experimentar os vestidos. Como q se escolhe um vestido sem experimentar? Só é permitido se for bem próxima a data do evento. O argumento é: se experimentar vai deformar o vestido e trazer odores. Ok. Agora pensa bem nessa besteria: experimentar um mês antes ou 5 meses antes não causa a mesma coisa no vestido? Quanta bobagem.. quanta burrice
Dressing is not allowed. How do you choose a dress without trying it on? It is only allowed if the date of the event is very close. The argument is: if you try it you will deform the dress and bring odors. Ok. Now think about this bestery: does trying a month before or 5 months before cause the same thing in the dress? How much nonsense ... how much stupidity
