★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estratégia de venda não me agradou. Colocam o preço do pneu porém ao consultar o serviço incluem montagem, balanceamento, troca do bico e por aí vai... Considero propaganda enganosa.
 The sales strategy did not please me. They put the price of the tire, however, when consulting the service, they include assembly, balancing, changing the nozzle and so on ... I consider advertising to be misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ficar RUIM tem que melhorar muito.
Atendente ( deve ser dono ) deu orçamento, quando EU disse que iria comprar as peças fora ( com certeza caras e eles ganham em cima porque ligaram para um só fornecedor na minha frente) para fazer o serviço no outro dia, o Orçamento sumiu, a má vontade veio e o atendimento RUIM típico do CARIOCA da Zona norte veio à tona.
Não recomendo, apesar de parecer ter bons funcionários a gestão é Desagradável e duvidosa em caráter qdo se trata de ajudar o cliente!
PS..." perderam o orçamento" e se negaram a fazer o serviço só porque eu achei as peças caras e iria comprar em outro lugar para fazer o serviço.
To get BAD you have to improve a lot.
Attendant (must be an owner) gave a budget, when I said I would buy the parts outside (certainly expensive and they earn on top because they called a single supplier in front of me) to do the service the other day, the Budget disappeared, the ill will came and the bad CARIOCA service in the North Zone came to the fore.
I do not recommend, although it seems to have good employees the management is unpleasant and doubtful in character when it comes to helping the customer!
PS ... "they lost their budget" and refused to do the service just because I found the parts expensive and would buy elsewhere to do the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei , eles tem parceria com o extra pra colocação de pneu e alinhamento gratuito,mas como deveríamos lembrar não existe almoço grátis, vc não sai de lá sem gastar pq eles encontram tanta coisa pra vc fazer que é difícil sair de lá sem gastar , sei que paguei balanceamento válvula de pneu , e nem sei mais o que e sai de lá gastando 130,00 isso pq eles ainda queriam que eu fizesse cambagem a 160,00 eu que disse não, ou seja , dificilmente vc sai de lá sem gastar uma grana boa.
I didn’t like it, they have a partnership with the extra tire fitting and free alignment, but as we should remember there’s no free lunch, you don’t leave without spending because they find so much for you to do that it’s difficult to get out of there without spending, I know I paid for tire valve balancing, and I don’t even know what, and I spend 130.00 this because they still wanted me to change at 160.00 and I said no, that is, you hardly leave there without spending good money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então tinha colocado um pneu da marca piremaxx na medida 165/70/13 no meu Chevrolet classic com o tempo deu algumas rachaduras mas estava na garantia retornando a loja fui atendido por uma atendente super educada q prontamente solicitou a troca do meu pneu sem qualquer constentacão rapaz q trocou tbm resumindo ótima loja ótimos profissionais parabéns!!!
So I had put a tire of the brand piremaxx in the measure 165/70/13 in my Chevrolet classic with the time it gave some cracks but it was in the guarantee returning to the store I was attended by a super polite attendant who promptly requested the replacement of my tire without any constancy guy q changed tbm summarizing great store great professionals congratulations !!!
