★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito atenciosos na hora da contratação, porém depois que questionei o resultado (colocaram forro de uma cor e molduras de outra cor) não responderam mais. Precisou comparecer pessoalmente para darem um respaldo e mesmo assim não cumpriram o combinado, disseram que iriam fazer o reparo e nunca vieram e nem respondem mais. Entrei em contato com o instalador e o mesmo concordou que o serviço que fez ficou uma porquice, me pediu desculpas e disse que esse é o material que a “empresa” fornece para eles trabalharem e foi bem claro dizendo que os forros são velhos, sobras. Mas infelizmente só desculpas não cobre meu prejuízo.

He had to appear in person to give support and even then they did not comply with the agreement, they said they would do the repair and they never came and do not respond anymore. I contacted the installer and he agreed that the service he did was a mess, he apologized and said that this is the material that the "company" provides for them to work and he was very clear saying that the linings are old, leftovers . But unfortunately apologies alone don't cover my loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa foi contratada para completar a altura das divisórias que eu já possuía e para instalar forro de pvc.Instalaram as divisórias e o forro num espaço cheio de móveis. Fizeram o serviço em apenas um dia, das 9:30h às 18h. Deu tudo certo aqui!
