Graças a Deus não cair nesta cilada, pois estou a procura do meu quinto carro, contudo pesquiso bastante avaliações destas empresas(reclame aqui, google e etc) e tomando os devidos cuidados pra não levar um tombo! É uma vergonha encher a Olx de seminovos com propaganda bonita de 1 ano de garantia etc etc ... "NÃO VÁ QUE É BARRILL" E esse boçal aí do shopping Itapuã ainda não se bateu com um bixo mais doido que ele, já se viu desrespeitar a honra de um homem e ficar por isso mesmo, hoje em dia? Atrasando seu trabalho, suas contas, sua vida ?? Hahaha vamos rir né.

Comunico que no dia 29 de Dezembro de 2019 realizei um compra de um veículo em Águas de meninos DG Semi novos, segundo o vendedor Diego Amorim, o documento juntamente com a chave reserva iria chegar em um mês, no dia 31 de Janeiro 2019 mantive contato com o vendedor, o mesmo informou que não fazia mais parte do grupo, mais eu poderia comparecer no Auto Shopping Itapoan (escritório do DG).
No dia 01 de Fevereiro de 2020 compareci ao local, solicitando o documento do veiculo e chave. Nossa! fui tratado mal por uma pessoa que possivelmente apresentava ser o dono, o preposto falava auto, gritando, mal educado, tom agressivo, notei que os funcionários tem medo dele, resumindo não tive feedback estou sem meu documento e chave reserva.
Saliento que sou cliente, não estou pedindo favor e sim o direito de receber o documento do veiculo transferido para meu nome, conforme foi realizado a venda do carro.

I announce that on the 29th of December 2019 I made a purchase of a vehicle in Águas de DG Semi new boys, according to the seller Diego Amorim, the document together with the reserve key would arrive in a month, on the 31st of January 2019 I kept in touch with the seller, he said he was no longer part of the group, but I could go to Auto Shopping Itapoan (DG's office).
On February 1, 2020 I attended the venue, requesting the vehicle document and key. Wow! I was treated badly by a person who possibly presented to be the owner, the representative spoke self, shouting, impolite, aggressive tone, I noticed that the employees are afraid of him, in short I had no feedback. I have no document and spare key.
I emphasize that I am a customer, I am not asking for a favor, but the right to receive the vehicle document transferred to my name, as the car was sold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 26/01/20 eu comprei um veículo na unidade do Auto Shopping Rodrigues. No momento que me entregaram a documentação, vi que o CRLV era de 2018 e estava faltando a chave reserva. Pagaram às pressas o IPVA 2020, na tentativa de minimizar o tempo que eu iria perder, pois sabiam que o carro seria utilizado para trabalhar como Uber, e disseram que eu receberia tal documento, no máximo, na sexta-feira daquela semana (31/01). A semana passou, retornei a loja na segunda-feira, 03/02, e me deram a quarta-feira, dia 5, como novo prazo para receber o que estava pendente, junto com a transferência do veículo. Entrei em contato na manhã do referido dia e o vendedor disse que eu só deveria ir na sexta-feira, enquanto que o gerente da unidade disse na quinta.
Fui altamente prejudicado com tudo isso pois já perdi uma semana de trabalho para fazer as pesquisas e, após definir onde comprar, perdi mais duas semanas.
Que empresa é essa que coloca um carro à venda sem o CRLV válido?
O carro não foi comprado para passeio ou ficar na garagem: foi para trabalho. Eu serei recompensado pelos eventos que perdi nas últimas semanas? Péssima experiência!
On 01/26/20 I bought a vehicle at the Auto Shopping Rodrigues unit. When I was handed the documentation, I saw that the CRLV was from 2018 and the spare key was missing. They hastily paid the IPVA 2020, in an attempt to minimize the time I would lose, as they knew that the car would be used to work as an Uber, and said that I would receive such document, at the latest, on Friday of that week (31 / 01). The week passed, I returned to the store on Monday, 02/03, and they gave me Wednesday, the 5th, as a new deadline to receive what was pending, along with the transfer of the vehicle. I got in touch on the morning of that day and the seller said that I should only go on Friday, while the unit manager said on Thursday.
I was highly prejudiced by all this because I already lost a week of work to do the research and, after defining where to buy, I lost two more weeks.
What company is this that puts a car up for sale without the valid CRLV?
The car was not bought for a ride or to stay in the garage: it was for work. Will I be rewarded for the events I missed in the past few weeks? Bad experience!
