★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muito triste com o atendimento dessa farmacia, hoje mandei comprar um medicamento para meu pai o atendente manda um generico sem se quer questionar se a pessoa quer o generico! preencheu a receita e quando eu ligo para trocar pos o que compro e bem mais caro ele fala que nao pode trocar! eu tbm trabalho com o publico vamos ter um pouco mais de atençao e cuidado. perdi a receita e o medicamento! apenas um desabafo! triste!
very sad with the service at this pharmacy, today I ordered a medicine for my father, the attendant sends a generic without even asking if the person wants the generic! he filled in the recipe and when I call to exchange pos what I buy is much more expensive he says he can't exchange! I also work with the public so let's have a little more attention and care. I lost the prescription and the medicine! just getting it off my chest! sad!
