Demoram muito para fechar os processos, prejudicam ao máximo os inquilinos. Não atendem bem os clientes....ao meu ver com desrespeito, não dando.respostas.
Dor de cabeça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento nos aplicativos, pelo telefone, pelo whatsapp e pessoalmente. Infelizmente desisti da mudança mas quando resolver mudar, com certeza só buscarei nessa imobiliária. Inclusive após minha desistência fui bem tratado, única imobiliária entre inúmeras que conheci que realizou um pós atendimento.
Excellent service in applications, on the phone, on whatsapp and in person. Unfortunately I gave up on the move but when I decide to move, I will definitely only look for this real estate agency. Even after my resignation, I was treated well, the only real estate agent among the countless ones I've met who performed after-care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária não repassa os alugueis recebidos. Quando paga os aluguéis atrasados, não contabiliza os juros. Estamos com 5 meses de aluguel referente ao ano de 2019 que nao foram pagos, sendo que o inquilino confirmou que o pagamento foi efetuado na data correta. Quando tentamos contatos, não obtemos respostas. O Procon ja foi acionado para nos auxiliar com este problema, tb acionaremos a justiça.
Imobiliária does not transfer the rent received. When you pay late rent, you do not count interest. We have 5 months of rent for the year 2019 that have not been paid, and the tenant confirmed that the payment was made on the correct date. When we try contacts, we get no answers. Procon has already been called to help us with this problem, we will also call justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUJAM DESSA ROUBADA!!! IMOBILIÁRIA SEM IDONEIDADE E SEM CARÁTER NENHUM!!! NÃO COLOQUEM IMÓVEIS PARA ALUGAR / VENDER AQUI!!! Estão me devendo dinheiro e simplesmente alegam que as contas da imobiliária estão bloqueadas, por isso não fazem o referido acerto. Mais de 5, 6 meses sem retorno e sem um posicionamento. O dono da imobiliária simplesmente me bloqueou no celular e não atende telefone. Ao ser cobrado este é sempre o caminho mais cômodo para se seguir. Só por aí vocês tem uma noção do comportamento e do "profissionalismo" da empresa. FUJAM DESTA IMOBILIÁRIA!!! UMA VERGONHA!!! PROFISSINALISMO ZERO!!!
RUN AWAY FROM THIS STOLEN!!! REAL ESTATE WITHOUT PROPERTY AND NO CHARACTER!!! DO NOT ALLOW PROPERTIES TO RENT / SELL HERE!!! They owe me money and they simply claim that the real estate accounts are blocked, so they don't make the aforementioned adjustment. More than 5, 6 months without a return and without a placement. The real estate owner simply blocked me on my cell phone and doesn't answer the phone. When being charged this is always the most convenient way to go. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugamos uma casa aproximadamente a 2 anos atrás com essa imobiliaria, o proprietário teve diversos problemas com eles, pois pagavamos o aluguel corretamente e eles não repassaram ao locador, agora eles não devolvem o deposito caução que deixamos como garantia locatícia, estarei entrando com uma ação judicial contra essa imobiliaria, total falta de respeito contra seus clientes.
