PorĂ©m Ă um tempo atrĂĄs eles usavam demais algumas tĂ©cnicas muito apelativas para vendas, chamando os clientes que passavam em frente Ă loja para dentro (Ă meu ver isso Ă© chato e incĂŽmodo). Ainda continuam fazendo isso, mas com menos ocasionalidade
It's a good store, with good products and good prices. However, a while ago they overused some very appealing sales techniques, calling customers who passed in front of the store inside (in my opinion this is boring and uncomfortable). They still do this, but less occasionally.

â â â â â Gosto de comprar nesta loja, porĂ©m comprei um tĂȘnis dia 20 de janeiro de 2022 e o tĂȘnis nĂŁo ficou bem no meu pĂ© e hoje dia 6 de fevereiro fui na loja efetuar a troca, paguei o valor de 99,00 e a atendente disse que poderia trocar mas que o preço seria de 69,00 pois estava em promoção e que nĂŁo poderia fazer pelo preço que paguei. No site da loja o tĂȘnis estĂĄ no valor de 99,00. Fiquei indignada com essa regra da loja pois acabei saindo no prejuĂzo . Nota zero para esse procedimento.
I like to buy in this store, but I bought a sneaker on January 20, 2022 and the sneaker didn't fit my foot and today, February 6, I went to the store to exchange it, I paid the amount of 99.00 and the attendant said that I could exchange it but the price would be 69.00 because it was on sale and I couldn't do it for the price I paid. On the store's website the sneakers are priced at 99.00. I was outraged by this store rule because I ended up at a loss. Zero grade for this procedure.
