★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um orçamento dia 07, solicitaram que enviassem fotos e medidas que foram enviadas imediatamente e ficaram de preparar para o dia seguinte, não recebi: Dia 9 cobrei novamente e informaram que mandariam assim que recebessem da vidraçaria. Até hoje (dia 16),
estou aguardando... Se para fazer um orçamento a gente tem que ficaram correndo atrás, imagina para executar o serviço.
Já pela segunda vez, ontem recebi ligação do local se desculpando e informando que não retornaram pois tiveram problemas no WhatsApp. Não posso avaliar pelo serviço, pois executei com outra empresa, mas pelo menos são preocupados em se desculpar e por isso mudo a avaliação para 3 estrelas.

For the second time, yesterday I received a call from the site apologizing and stating that they did not return because they had problems with WhatsApp. I can't rate for the service, as I ran with another company, but at least they are concerned about apologizing so I change the rating to 3 stars.

Infelizmente, não pude concluir o meu serviço pois o mesmo não foi liberado pelo condomínio onde moro porque estava fora dos padrões aprovados em Assembleia. De toda forma registro aqui meus elogios ao Rafael, que a todo tempo foi muito atencioso, paciente, propondo soluções e ao final entendeu o problema e fez a devolução do sinal que tinha dado quando fechamos a proposta. Espero poder contratá-los em outra ocasião. Recomendo a empresa.
The service provided by the company Dia a Dia is excellent. Unfortunately, I could not complete my service as it was not released by the condominium where I live because it was outside the standards approved by the Assembly. Anyway, I register here my compliments to Rafael, who at all times was very attentive, patient, proposing solutions and in the end he understood the problem and returned the signal he had given when we closed the proposal. Só deixou a desejar na questão de responsabilidade com horário. Como trabalho fora precisei organizar o dia combinado para instalação, seria pela manhã por volta das 09hs, mas a equipe chegou na minha casa por volta das 13:00hs, tive que ligar algumas vezes para saber se realmente iam. Isso é ruim porque nos prende muito. Mas tirando esse imprevisto, recomendo a empresa, só oriento a tirar o dia para eles quando for instalar, não espere no horário agendado. A equipe que instala também é boa, educados e competentes.
