★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todo mercado Dia,as prateleiras estão quase sempre faltando produtos,e muitas vezes se tem,são de marcas desconhecidas!Mas o maior problema são as faltas mesmo,e alguns produtos com preços acima do mercado!Outro ponto é o atendimento dos caixas,e o pessoal interno,seja da padaria ou de outros setores,os atendentes sempre de cara fechada,não te dão nem bom dia,e um sorriso então,é raríssimo!Os caixas do Dia,lembram muito os caixas do Banco Bradesco,que apelidei de "Cabeça baixa",e olha que fui um deles,mas num tempo remoto,nos idos dos anos 80!No Dia,me sinto atendido por "Robôs"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Novamente essa unidade esta pessimo o atendimento depois que o Danilo dispensou o unico gerente Anderson que havia reestruturado as prateleiras com todas as mercadorias e uma excelente equipe de atendimento ao publico .Nova gerencia e encarregada da manha sem profisssionalismo nenhum e agora a tal de veronica manda embora a caixa shirlei que estava desde a inauguração eagora a transferencia da encarregada da tarde Andreia tbm desde a inauguração dessa loja. uma excelente profissional e competencia a mais que essa nova gerente e encarregada da manha.melhor que teve até hj para supervisionar essa unidade era rapaz de nome Jonas. ele sim é competente para supervisionar tudo. Se querem ter de novo essa unidade decente em todos os sentidos tragam esse Anderson e Andreia de volta. depois desses pessimos funcionário danilo e veronica nem a casa da mãe joana é tão desorganizada ou então baixem as portas e fechem de uma vez.
Esperamos que pelo menos o presidente em exercicio tome a frente e leve o grupo dia pra cima e não decair do jeito que esta.
