Terrible service, in my opinion, employees in the billing sector should undergo customer service training because education comes from home, they are super rude...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje passei pela pior experiência que já tive com um distribuidor de aço. Na compra me avisaram que o descarregamento seria por minha parte, eu havia entendido que nós puxariamos de cima do caminhão e guardariamos nosso material, e isto estava de acordo. Quando o caminhão chegou, o entregador sentou e falou para nós subirmos na carroceria para remanejar a mercadoria e tirar de lá, achei um absurdo pois o caminhão é enorme e cheio de material, ninguém aqui tem treinamento para subir e manejar carga dentro do mesmo. Fiz um vídeo de tudo e estarei tomando medidas cabíveis para tal constrangimento e risco corrido! Nenhuma outra empresa faz isso, todas preparam a carga para nós puxarmos. Voltarei aqui posteriormente para registrar o resultado do processo!
Today I had the worst experience I have ever had with a steel distributor. At the time of purchase, I was told that the unloading would be on my part, I had understood that we would pull it off the truck and store our material, and that was in agreement. When the truck arrived, the delivery man sat down and told us to get on the body to move the goods and take them out, I thought it was absurd because the truck is huge and full of material, no one here has training to climb and handle cargo inside it. I made a video of everything and I will be taking appropriate measures for such embarrassment and risk taken! No other company does this, they all prepare the load for us to pull. I will come back here later to record the result of the process!
