★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um experiência muito ruim que me gerou um prejuízo de mais de duzentos reais por uma falha da empresa... e para continuar o ''atendente'' tentou me enrolar inúmeras vezes pedindo para esperar um dia.. depois outro... DEPOIS não atende o telefone mais... daí liguei com outros números para conseguir falar e consegui... INFELIZMENTE PESSOAS E EMPRESAS que tratam assim seus clientes ainda existem. PESQUISE mais, pois existem outras empresas que tratam com mais respeito ao seu consumidor.

AFTER he doesn't answer the phone anymore ... then I called with other numbers to be able to speak and I managed to ... Comprei uma material dia 28/01 onde me deu um prazo de ficar pronto, no dia do prazo liguei e o material não estava pronto, no dia seguinte liguei e falei com um vendedor EDUARDO que me falou que o material estava pronto para a retirada porem nao pude buscar naquele dia, sendo assim fui retirar hoje, liguei avisando que estava a caminho e o mesmo desligou na minha cara. Chegando la outro rapaz me atendeu e informou que eu estava equivocada que o material não estava pronto e ele estava ao lado do vendedor TODOS OS 5 DIAS que eu liguei para saber do material !! Sendo assim me chamando de mentirosa e gritando... o mesmo ameaçou chamar uma viatura pediu para a telefonista chamar eu fiquei no aguardo da viatura chegar passando um constrangimento porem entrei em contato com a viatura e falei q iria aguardar a chegada da mesma. Após a viatura chegar ele ficou bem na dele e a telefonista e mais um rapaz debochando ( DEVE SER MATERIAL DE MIL REAIS AFF ), Porem nao era e sim um material de 13 MIL e adivinha ? O tal do Eduardo nem as cara deu para justificar e falar que o equivocado foi apenas ele ! NÃO RECOMENDO JAAAMAIS ESSA EMPRESA !!! CUIDADO COM O GOLPE PESSOAL ! ELES FALA QUE JA TEM 10 ANOS DE EMPRESA QUE NUNCA PASSOU POR ISSO, POREM COM TANTOS COMENTARIOS NEGATIVOS AQUI, PRECISAM MELHORAR MUITO PRINCIPALMENTE COMO PESSOA

I bought a material on 01/28 where it gave me a deadline to get ready, on the day of the deadline I called and the material was not ready, the next day I called and spoke with a seller EDUARDO who told me that the material was ready for pickup however I couldn't get it that day, so I went to pick it up today, I called saying that I was on my way and it hung up on me. When I got there another guy answered and informed me that I was wrong that the material was not ready and he was at the salesman's side EVERY 5 DAYS that I called to find out about the material !! So calling me a liar and shouting ... he even threatened to call a car asked the operator to call me I was waiting for the car to arrive, passing through an embarrassment, but I contacted the car and said I would wait for it to arrive. After the car arrived he was right in his and the operator and another guy mocking (MUST BE MATERIAL OF A THOUSAND REAIS AFF), but it was not a material of 13 MIL and guess what? The guy Eduardo didn't even give them to justify and say that the mistake was just him! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT COMPANY NOW !!! BEWARE OF THE PERSONAL BANG! THEY TALK THAT ALREADY HAVE 10 YEARS OF A COMPANY THAT NEVER PASSED THAT, BUT WITH SO MANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS HERE, THEY NEED TO IMPROVE MUCH MAINLY AS A PERSON
