★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por meio deste expressar todo meu agradecimento aos profissionais Patrícia e Hericles que atenderam meu filho de 4 anos na unidade da Diagnolab da Rua 21 em Volta Redonda, nesta segunda feira dia 21/02/2022.
Meu filho desenvolveu um pânico de exame de sangue e essa foi uma segunda tentativa, graças a Deus dessa vez bem sucedida, de fazer a coleta de sangue.
Gostaria de agradecer mais uma vez pela gentileza, humanidade e carinho com que vocês trataram meu filho. Mesmo com toda agitação dele a veia foi pêga logo de primeira revelando à alta capacitação e excelência dos profissionais Patrícia e Hericles.

My son developed a blood test panic and this was a second attempt, thank goodness this time successful, at having a blood draw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, porém os resultados virou problema. Tentei nos site, consegui somente um resultado. O resultado do exame de urina não saiu. Fui pessoalmente pegar. Segundo atendente, é um problema que está acontecendo muito. Tive que aguardar pra lançar no sistema....onde está a qualidade? E a segurança dos resultados? Será que posso confiar??
Good service, but the results became a problem. I tried on the website, got only one result. The result of the urine test did not come out. I personally went to pick it up. According to the attendant, it is a problem that is happening a lot. I had to wait to launch it in the system....where is the quality? And the security of the results? Can I trust??

Ainda mais para uma empresa que cobra um preço acima da média do mercado.
Tirando a simpatia da enfermeira que realizou o exame, o resto foi decepção do início ao fim.
1-Senha não funciona, por causa disso, apesar de ter cadeiras, ficou todo mundo na fila em pé.
2- Fila lenta demais, porque os funcionários que deveriam atender, toda hora se levantavam e ficavam conversando entre eles. Começou com 3 funcionários atendendo, mas diversas vezes só ficou um na bancada. Fila só crescia.
3- A pior parte, total desrespeito com a entrega do exame.
Exame antígeno, dito teste rápido, demorou muito para ficar pronto. No mercado fica pronto em minutos, na clinica prometeram ficar pronto em horas. Porém, o resultado só foi entregue muito depois do acordado. Sendo que eu tive que ligar várias vezes pedindo e cobrando o resultado.
No mês anterior, tinha passado pela mesma experiência na clinica.
Essa é uma experiência que aconteceu comigo, mas meu pai conseguiu ter uma experiência ainda pior.
Fizeram um exame errado nele pela manhã. Só perceberam no final do dia, ele teve que desmarcar seus compromissos para voltar na clinica novamente para refazer o seu exame.

Aside from the sympathy of the nurse who performed the exam, the rest was a disappointment from start to finish.
1-Password doesn't work, because of that, despite having chairs, everyone was standing in line.
2- Queue too slow, because the employees who were supposed to attend, all the time got up and were talking to each other. It started with 3 employees working, but several times only one was left on the bench. Queue only grew.
3- The worst part, total disrespect with the delivery of the exam.
Antigen test, called rapid test, took a long time to be ready. On the market it is ready in minutes, at the clinic they promised to be ready in hours. However, the result was only delivered much later than agreed. Since I had to call several times asking and charging for the result.
The month before, he had gone through the same experience at the clinic.
This is an experience that happened to me, but my father managed to have an even worse experience.
They did a wrong exam on him this morning. They only realized at the end of the day, he had to cancel his appointments to return to the clinic again to retake his exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estressante. Diagnolab da rua 41. Mais de 1hora de espera para entregar um simples pedido de exame de urina. Um atendente para prioridades e 2 ou 3 para os demais. Resultado: prioritários esperam muito mais.
E mais : depois de longa espera para fazer a ficha, o atendente não recolhe o material. Precisa esperar mais para ser chamado a entregar.
Procurando outro lugar...
Stressful. Diagnolab on 41st Street. More than 1 hour of waiting to deliver a simple urine test order. One attendant for priorities and 2 or 3 for others. Result: Priorities expect much more.
What's more: after a long wait to complete the form, the attendant does not collect the material. Need to wait longer to be called to deliver.
Looking elsewhere...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de 1 hora esperando, 1 recepcionista pra senha comum e 1 para preferencial. Uma outra moça chamando covid, entrega de exames e tb preferencial. Se o recepcionista de senha comum pára por causa de problemas com plano de saúde, outra pessoa deveria puxar fila. É um desrespeito. A senha do preferencial nunca para.
More than 1 hour waiting, 1 receptionist for common password and 1 for preferential. Another girl calling covid, delivery of exams and also preferential. If the regular ticket receptionist stops because of health insurance issues, someone else should pull in line. It's disrespectful. Preferred password never stops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame dito por eles de TESTE RÁPIDO pra Covid que deveria ser entregue em 3horas ,sendoentregueemoutroslaboratóriosem15 minutos. Esperei e telefonei até 18hs quando o laboratório fecha e nada. Não atendem ao telefone ou colocam o resultado no site. Um total desrespeito. Devemos ressaltar a simpatia da técnica que fez a coleta. Teste caro e laboratório desorganizado.
I took an exam they said as a QUICK TEST for Covid that should be delivered in 3 hours, being delivered to other laboratories in 15 minutes. I waited and called until 6 pm when the lab closes and nothing. They don't answer the phone or post the result on the website. A total disrespect. We must emphasize the friendliness of the technique that carried out the collection. Expensive test and disorganized lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 18/02/2022 fui ao Diagnolab da rua 21, n° 54, Vila Santa Cecília, Volta Redonda para fazer exames de sangue, urina (E.A.S.) e cultura de urina (24h). Apenas esses. Ocorre que quando fui acessar o resultado pela internet com login e senha fornecidos pelo laboratório, me deparei com exame de fezes em meu nome (sendo que eu não levei tal material para análise e nem a médica solicitou tal exame). Percebi que houve troca de exames também porque recebi resultados de exames que não foram solicitados pelo meu médico, mas por outro profissional. Entrei em contato com todos os telefones do laboratório, porém, ninguém atendeu. Semana que vem preciso levar os exames corretos para o médico e preciso de uma resposta idônea e rápida. Acho uma falta de respeito, além da falta de responsabilidade de entregar um exame a quem não pertence. E agora? Alguém do laboratório poderia me atender para resolver esse problema?

It so happens that when I went to access the result on the internet with the login and password provided by the laboratory, I came across a stool test on my behalf (and I did not take such material for analysis and neither did the doctor request such an exam). I realized that there was an exchange of tests also because I received test results that were not requested by my doctor, but by another professional. I contacted all the laboratory's phones, however, no one answered. Next week I need to take the correct exams to the doctor and I need a reputable and quick answer. I think it's a lack of respect, in addition to the lack of responsibility to deliver an exam to someone who doesn't belong. And now? Could someone from the lab help me to solve this problem?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu dou cinco estrelas para o laboratório no atendimento clinico, mas hoje, as três estrelas são para o atendimento de uma recepcionista em especial. Ela foi grossa com minha filha, por ela ter passado pela faixa de distanciamento e chegado até o guichê. Minha filha foi no automático, não prestou atenção no objetivo da faixa, achou q era pra organizar fila, sei lá, ela estava preocupada com o exame, pois sempre passa mal ao colher sangue, chega quase a desmaiar e a atendente foi logo perguntando com rispidez porque ela estava ali...que era pra ela passar pra traz da faixa...minha filha errou, mas se sou eu ou se vejo a garota fazendo isso com ela ou com qualquer outra pessoa eu não deixaria passar...se ela não gosta do trabalho, de atendimento ao público, ceda a vaga pra quem vai valorizar o emprego.
