★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como dar 0 estrelas eu daria. Um péssimo laboratório perderam meu exame e a única justificativa foi que " Não foi encontrado" pessimo atendimento. O pior de Itz.
If I could give 0 stars I would. A bad laboratory lost my exam and the only justification was that "It was not found" bad service. The worst of Itz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratório de péssima qualidade! Funcionários totalmente irresponsáveis e desqualificados! Usam de má fé pra tirar proveito das pessoas cobrando exames alegando que o sus não cobre, fizerem isso com a minha mãe. Cobraram um exame que tava na lista autorizado pelo SUS, e ainda cobraram um valor bem acima, 50,00 em um exame que custa no particular 25,00, porém o exame estava autorizado pelo SUS, mas eles mentem e roubam de quem já está utilizando o serviço publico. Se não fosse minha mãe indo atrás, se informando sobre o valor do exame nós laboratórios particulares e precionando eles, ela teria sido roubada. Mas mediante as informações que ela tinha já foi o suficiente para a técnica de enfermagem alegar ter sido um engano, porém a mesma já tinha cobrado vários outros exames de outros pessoas e recebido o pagamento ali mesmo. Péssima qualidade e ainda ladrões.
Terrible quality laboratory! Totally irresponsible and disqualified employees! They use it in bad faith to take advantage of people charging exams claiming that the sus doesn't cover, they do it with my mother. They charged for an exam that was on the list authorized by the SUS, and they charged a value well above, 50.00 for an exam that costs 25.00 in private, but the exam was authorized by the SUS, but they lie and steal from those who are already using the public service. If it hadn't been for my mother going after her, finding out about the value of the exam in the private labs and pricing them, she would have been robbed. But based on the information she had, it was enough for the nursing technician to claim that it was a mistake, but she had already demanded several other tests from other people and received payment right there. Bad quality and still thieves.
