It takes too long for everything! They are polite but I don't intend to go back! I waited almost 1 hour to do simple blood tests and it wasn't full.

Seria às 10 horas, às 11 : 30, ninguém do laboratório havia chegado, não entraram em contato, nenhuma satisfação. Liguei para o único número telefônico que existe e pra falar com laboratório por telefone,fiquei quase uma hora ouvindo gravação de publicidade. Ao atenderem, expliquei a situação, colocaram uma música, me fizeram esperar mais um tempo e não resolveram, disseram que não poderiam fazer a coleta domiciliar, hoje, como estava marcada. Pelo Whatsapp o atendimento foi tão ineficiente quanto por ligação.

I called the only phone number that exists and to talk to the laboratory by phone, I spent almost an hour listening to advertising recordings. When they answered, I explained the situation, they put on a song, made me wait a little longer and they didn't solve it, they said they couldn't do the home collection today, as it was scheduled. By Whatsapp the service was as inefficient as by call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era uma clínica de referência pra mim. Contudo a experiência de hoje me fez repensar a continuidade da realização dos meus exames na unidade Pernambuco.
Eu cheguei com antecendência para realizar um exame de cortisol de horário. Simplesmente o estacionamento estava hiper lotado, fiquei 25min aguardando na porta, sem previsão alguma de entrada. Além disso a confusão do estacionamento refletia no trânsito da rua. Ou seja, não ia conseguir mais realizar meu exame.
Aconselho aos clientes que não realizem seus exames de sangue nesta unidade. Chegar num local de jejum e não ter a mínima condição de ser atendido é de se chatear.
A Diagnoson: repensem o modelo de negócio de vocês, pois qualidade também significa receber seus clientes bem, e com esta estrutura pequena de estacionamento com a demanda que possuem, é impossível!
It was a referral clinic for me. However, today's experience made me rethink the continuity of carrying out my exams at the Pernambuco unit.
I arrived in advance to perform a schedule cortisol test. The parking lot was just too crowded, I was waiting for 25 minutes at the door, without any prediction of entry. In addition, the confusion of the parking lot was reflected in the traffic on the street. In other words, I wouldn't be able to take my exam anymore.
I advise clients not to perform their blood tests in this unit. Arriving at a fasting place and not having the slightest condition to be attended to is annoying.
Diagnoson: rethink your business model, because quality also means welcoming your customers, and with this small parking structure with the demand they have, it's impossible!
