DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARTRIDGES THERE, STAFF STICKS SPONGE CARTRIDGE, IT LOSES PRESSURE AND NEVER LEADS RIGHT, HAS TO GO PROBLEM, I THOUGHT THAT HAPPENED ONLY TO ME, BUT I FIND IT HAPPENED TO SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE IN THE REGION. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, 15 REAL THAT COSTED ME 90 OF A NEW CARTRIDGE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trabalho. Mandei recondicionar dois cartuchos jato de tinta, foram recarregados mas não funcionaram. Voltei ao local, falei com o César que ficou com a impressora a fim de testar. Não deu retorno, razão pela qual voltei ao local. Ele disse que a impressora estava ok e que se não acendia um led no painel era porque os cartuchos estavam ok. Mas se estava ok porque não imprimia? Solicitei que o valor fosse devolvido e depositado em minha conta, e qual a desculpa? Não tenho dinheiro agora, quando tiver eu deposito!
Ora! Isso é motivo para não depositar? Ao mandar realizar o serviço eu paguei, se o serviço não foi realizado, então nada mais justo que devolver o dinheiro. Não recomendo. Ruins de serviço e piores na honestidade.
Terrible work. I ordered reconditioning two inkjet cartridges, they were recharged but they did not work. I went back to the place, I talked to Caesar who had the printer in order to test. There was no return, which is why I came back. He said that the printer was ok and that if it did not light a led on the panel was because the cartridges were ok. But what if it was okay because it did not print? I requested that the amount be returned and deposited in my account, and what is the excuse? I have no money now, when I have my deposit!
Come on! Is that a reason not to deposit? By ordering the service I paid, if the service was not performed, then nothing more fair than giving the money back. Would not recommend. Ruins of service and worse in honesty.
