★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varias problemas com residuos nas tubulações e acabamentos de baixa qualidade ,principalmente portas e batentes,desnivel de piso,vaso sanitário péssimo ,varios moradores optaram por trocar todo o piso ,e por fim e mais indignante uma area de mata nativa nos fundos do prédio,mata essa que nos foi colocada como reserva ambiental antes da compra ,esta sendo cortada,consumida e degradada muito provavelmente para uma nova construção.
Several problems with residues in the pipes and low quality finishes, mainly doors and jambs, floor unevenness, terrible toilet, several residents chose to change the entire floor, and finally and most indignantly an area of native forest at the back of the building the forest that was placed as an environmental reserve before purchase, is being cut, consumed and degraded, most likely for a new construction.

Além de não entregarem o prédio como combinado, sem muro de segurança e com materiais de péssima qualidade, seguem desmatando todo o entorno do prédio, desvalorizando a região do empreendimento. Se eu conhecesse a empresa antes não teria comprado nada deles. Estou muito arrependido e não indico essa empresa pra ninguém. EVITEM A DIAMOND!!!
A company that does not care about customers, much less the environment. In addition to not delivering the building as agreed, without a security wall and with poor quality materials, they continue to deforest the entire surroundings of the building, devaluing the region of the project. If I had known the company before, I would not have bought anything from them. I'm very sorry and I don't recommend this company to anyone. AVOID DIAMOND !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma grande decepção. Comprei uma cobertura e fiquei revoltada com a qualidade que me foi entregue. Fui obrigada a trocar pisos e revestimentos pq tudo era péssimo. Pra piorar, começaram uma obra gigantesca ao lado, onde não respeitam horários e condiçõe mínimas de higiene, sujando toda a rua e deixando lixo a céu aberto. Por fim, resolveram cortar árvores de um terreno que fica em área de preservação ambiental. Nojo dessa empresa! DIAMOMD nunca mais!
A big disappointment. I bought a cover and was disgusted with the quality that was delivered to me. I was forced to change floors and coverings because everything was terrible. To make matters worse, they started a gigantic project next door, where they do not respect schedules and minimum hygiene conditions, soiling the entire street and leaving garbage in the open. Finally, they decided to cut trees from a piece of land that is in an area of environmental preservation. Disgusted by this company! DIAMOMD never again!

Se você está pensando em investir em qualquer empreendimento da Diamond ouça meu conselho: procure outra empresa, por melhor que o empreendimento possa parecer. Eles nunca entregam o que prometem.
A company that doesn't care about anyone. They represent the worst in the construction sector. They sell dreams, they deliver disappointment. If you are thinking of investing in any Diamond venture, listen to my advice: look for another company, however good the venture may seem. They never deliver what they promise.
