★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, eu sou motorista carreteiro e a minha experiência aqui na Diamond é que, abre as 7:30 e só começa lá para as 830: 9hs, chega muito caminhão, o primeiro sai na hora do almoço e por aí vai...
 Well, I'm a truck driver and my experience here at Diamond is that, it opens at 7:30 and only starts around 830: 9 am, a lot of trucks arrive, the first one leaves at lunchtime and so on...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionarios simpaticos e prestativos, esquema bom de atendimento,banheiro limpo,agua,café. Lugar bom de carregar. Único problema é que faltou uma placa identificando onde é a entrada e saída,na duvida fiquei para na pista,foi rápido, mas poderia ter sido evitado com uam simples placa.
Friendly and helpful staff, good service, clean bathroom, water, coffee. Good place to load. Only problem is that there was a missing sign identifying where the entrance and exit is, when in doubt I stopped at the track, it was fast, but it could have been avoided with a simple sign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, sem falar que no século de hoje, uma empresa tão grande não tem uma sala de espera, descriminação total com as mulheres. Aí fica a pergunta, vcs não atendem motoristas mulheres?? E sem falar tbm nos bebedouros de água que são péssimos, e os motoristas tem que ficar no sol e no pátio só o pó.
Lousy service, not to mention that in today's century, such a large company does not have a waiting room, total discrimination against women. There is the question, do you not meet female drivers ?? And not to mention also in the water fountains that are terrible, and drivers have to stay in the sun and in the yard just the dust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Eu com minha filha de 2 anos tivemos que ficar na beira da rodovia no sol. Uma falta de respeito com a família do motorista. ? Até quando, essas empresas vão agir assim? Fora que quando o motorista vai carregar os funcionários quer que eles se viram pra baixar e erguer as tampa do caminhão graneleiro sozinho. Uma empresa tão grande dessa com atendimento péssimo. Tem empresa quanto maior,pior é. Uma empresa dessa só está preocupada com os lucros. O resto tanto faz.
Terrible service. Me and my 2 year old daughter had to stand on the side of the road in the sun. A lack of respect for the driver's family. ? Until when will these companies act like this? Besides, when the driver goes to load the employees, he wants them to turn around to lower and lift the covers of the bulk carrier by themselves. Such a big company with terrible service. The bigger the company, the worse it is. A company like that is only concerned with profits. The rest doesn't matter.
