★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse não colocava nem uma estrela empresa péssima..não tem cominação com os clientes...a gente liga eles atende uma vez depois não atende mais...aqui o telefone da praia grande eles não atende...do mais incrível eu tinha o whatsapp deles eu chamei eles me respondeu uma vez só e ainda um dia eu tava perguntando do meu pedido de pois de mandar um monte de mensagens para eles e eles não responde foram e me bloqueou do whatsapp... Pra min mó tiração que eles fizeram com a minha pessoa.
 If I could not put not a lousy company star .. has no relationship with customers ... we call they answer once then no longer answer ... here the big beach phone they do not answer ... the most amazing I had their whatsapp I called they answered me once and still one day I was asking my request because of sending a bunch of messages to them and they didn't answer were and blocked me from whatsapp ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relação com essa transportadora é de amor e ódio as vezes me atrasa e as vezes funciona normalmente. O site demora para atualizar o status de entrega,a gente não sabe se a encomenda esta no galpão para retirada ou na rua. O telefone existe mas não temos atendimento.
Relationship with this carrier is love and hate sometimes slows me and sometimes works normally. The site takes time to update the delivery status, we do not know if the order is in the warehouse for pickup or on the street. The phone exists but we have no answering.

Só aviso que vou tomar minhas providências, a Avon já me enviou o canhoto para conferência. Estou encaminando para processo de estelionatario.
O entregador nunca pede rg e assinatura, como que agora tem assinatura no canhoto. Com certeza deve ser assinado pela mesma pessoa todas as entrega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ minha caixa nao chegou e deu como nao havia ninguem em casa ,sendo que nao sai de casa . teve uma vez que foram em endereço errado por pouco nao fico sem mais conseguram entregar desta vez ,acho que houve o mesmo erro , sendo que nao sai de casa e como nao tinha ninguem fiquei dois dias esperando e agora a caixa voltou moro em peruibe e nao tenho como buscar . acho isso uma total falta de responsabilidade e mais conciencia na hora de ir nos enderecos.

Avon deveria pensar direitinho em trocar essa transportadora porque não entende nada de logística... mal atendimento o cliente liga para a transportadora fica no aguardo mais de uma hora para ser atendida
Ainda sim quando conseguimos eles vão e desliga o telefone.... por favor que está mensagem chegue nos ouvidos de quem intende de logística e saiba o valor de um cliente.... quero ver se todos não querer mais o péssimo serviços de voceis....
Como será? Olhem para cada cliente! lembre se? que voceis depende de cada um de nós! para fazer girar essa transportadora.....
Por isso eu digo a melhor transportadora é a FedEx a Jamef também é umas das melhores....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os meus pedidos foram entregue 2 vezes em lugar errado, a primeira recuperei minha caixa a segunda entregaram para qquer um na rua casa com o número que não existe ou seja perdir tdos os meus produtos. Hoje estou esperando outra caixa e até agora nada. Péssimo totalmente sem compromisso.
