Mas hoje ao ir fazer uma compra (detalhe: a loja estava vazia e havia ao menos duas vendedoras) uma das vendedoras me abandonou durante o atendimento para dar atenção a uma colega. Virou para mim e falou "pode olhar a loja que já volto". Aliás, não foi a primeira vez. Fiquei indignada, virei as costas e sai da loja para nunca mais voltar. Perdeu a venda e a cliente.
You've had a good service, attentive salespeople. But today when going to make a purchase (detail: the store was empty and there were at least two salespeople) one of the salespeople left me during the service to pay attention to a colleague. He turned to me and said "you can look at the store I'll be back". In fact, it was not the first time. I was indignant, turned my back and left the store to never come back. Lost the sale and the customer.
