Eu moro na rua amorim Vila Nova, Ze doca MA, sou cliente da dibrasa distribuidora de bebidas, venho fazendo pedidos para que seja entregues em dias como quinta feira com o vendedor Edmilson, porém os últimos dois pedidos não foram entregues. Eu não sei por qual motivo o motorista do caminhão não vem no meu estabelecimento, e dessa forma eu fico lesado quanto aos pedidos. Eu já cheguei a perguntar para o motorista e ele simplesmente responde que nao veio a nota. Porém o vendedor afirma que o pedido foi enviado ao sistema da empresa. Pede o que a administração fiqui ciente dessa deficiência dos seus funcionários. Meu muito obrigado pela atenção e boa noite. Aguardo resposta.
