★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, pelo menos na loja de São Miguel Paulista, bons produtos, compra fácil além de que se quiser fazer o cartão da própria loja com ele você pode comprar em até 5 vezes sem juros, a aprovação foi rápida e já saí com o cartão e as compras parceladas sem juros!
Parabéns por simplificar tudo!
Excellent service, at least at the São Miguel Paulista store, good products, easy to buy and if you want to make the store's own card with it you can buy it up to 5 times without interest, the approval was quick and I already left with the card and interest-free installment purchases!

Eu ia compra dois chinelos e dois tênis e o vendedor nem quis da o desconto, disse que a loja não dá desconto, acabei só comprando o os dois chinelos, e achei bem caro por sinal
É não tem nada lá de barato tudo caro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços estão os mesmos das outras lojas ,o estoque de calçados também ,só que alguns vendedores,não sei se recebem orientação de alguém ,eles não te deixam sair da loja,você entra só pra olhar e eles querem te obrigar a comprar .... Terrível!
The prices are the same as other stores, the stock of shoes too, but some sellers, I don't know if they receive guidance from someone, they don't let you leave the store, you just come in to look and they want to force you to buy... .. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair da Loja Dibs da AV. quinze de novembro em Ferraz de Vasconcelos SP, e achei uma falta de respeito com o cliente , uma funcionária que me atendeu foi estranhamente sarcástica e arrogante, quando informei que queria um presente para um familiar que ama a loja e que na parte de trás da loja eu não achei algo que me surpreendeu , e a funcionária com toda a arrogância disse como " você não achou Olha quanta coisa aqui ". Que falta de educação ela poderia ter me mostrado outras opções ou simplesmente ter perguntado mais do jeito do presente , infelizmente ainda existe muitas pessoas assim eu sei como e o treinamento interno porque eu mesma já trabalhei para a loja Dibs e pelo que já foi orientada e manter o respeito e sempre tentar ajudar da boa forma. Mas infelizmente e um lugar que NAO VOU ENTRAR MAIS , como Cliente !! vergonha !!
I just came out of the AV Dibs Store. 15th of November in Ferraz de Vasconcelos SP, and I found a lack of respect for the customer, an employee who attended me was strangely sarcastic and arrogant, when I informed that I wanted a gift for a family member who loves the store and that in the back of the store I didn't find something that surprised me, and the employee with all the arrogance said like "you didn't find it Look how much here". How impolite she could have shown me other options or simply asked more in the present way, unfortunately there are still many people so I know how and the internal training because I myself have worked for the Dibs store and for what I have been guided and keep respect and always try to help in a good way. But unfortunately it is a place that I WILL NOT ENTER ANYMORE, as a Customer!! shame !!
