Os preços razoávelmente altos, com pequenas diferenças de preços em relação a outras lojas, mas em termos de qualidade vale o que se paga.
Em relação ao atendimento diria que precisa só melhorar no que diz respeito a passagem de informações.
Visto que muitas vezes o cliente precisa de uma opinião mais técnica do profissional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente despreparada não consegue cativar o cliente, o atendimento foi muito ruim de uma colaboradora deveriam colocar pessoas mais simpáticas e interessadas no bem estar do cliente o atendimento pra mim foi péssimo, eu perguntava sobre os produtos e ela com cara fechada respondendo sem me dar uma atenção. Não sei se todas as DiCasa são assim mas essa da Batista Campos foi uma decepção
Unprepared attendant can't captivate the customer, the service was very bad, one employee should put more sympathetic people interested in the customer's well-being, the service for me was terrible, I asked about the products and she with a frown answering without giving me a attention. I don't know if all DiCasa are like this but this one by Batista Campos was a disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem precisa comprar material aqui é um excelente local! Tem o SOS que tem basicamente tudo, da pra salvar em situações urgentes. E também tem a parte de acabamento que é bem melhor o atendimento que nas outras lojas.
Who needs to buy stuff here is a great place! There's SOS that basically has everything, you can save it in urgent situations. And there's also the finishing part, which is much better service than in other stores.
