★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é uma delicia inclusive a massa sem glúten que é uma opção que a maioria das pizzarias não tem porém, o atendimento é pessimo!! O “dono” atende com muita grosseria não só as pessoas mas as atendentes tb! Sempre! É grosso com elas. É uma pena pois ninguém ali trabalha feliz.
 The pizza is delicious including the gluten free pasta which is an option that most pizzerias do not have however, the service is terrible !! The “owner” attends very rudely not only the people but the attendants too! Ever! It's rude to them. It's a shame because nobody works there happy.

Nunca vi isso.
Nem pedi a pizza. Perderam o cliente antes mesmo de ter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salvo a qualidade das pizzas, o atendimento é muito ruim .. percebi nas muitas vezes que fui que as recepcionistas trabalham com medo do dono pois já presenciei a falta de educação nos tratos dele com elas ... infelizmente elas acabam refletindo o comportamento do dono que não é condizente com a filosofia de trabalho da diddio pizza ... acredito que isso não seja de hoje mas pelo jeito a marca não tomou providências nesse respeito!! No telefone a mesma expressão seca e impaciente ... infelizmente nao recomendo o atendimento, a pizza é excelente mas pecam demais no atendimento !!

Ninguém atende no telefone fixo só fica na espera, o WhatsApp demora muito pra atender, o meu pedido demorou 2 HORAS para chegar.
E quando o motoboy chegou eu reclamei pra ele e o mesmo me disse que o movimento estava fraco e que o meu pedido foi feito naquele instante, ou seja eles tem um sistema de atendimento pelo
WhatsApp que NÃO funciona, você fica refem de uma automação que não funciona e vc não consegue falar com aNinguem.
A minha reclamação e pra unidade de VALINHOS
