Melhor atendimento impossível. Tudo original, com valores justos e rapidez.
Tanto nas compras na loja física quanto nas compras on-line, sempre fui surpreendido pelo extremo profissionalismo, atenção, respeito e amor pela musica pesada advinda de toda a Equipe Die Hard.
Continuarei a comprar todos os lançamentos nessa loja com toda a certeza.
I've been a shop owner for about 18 years. 85% of my collection of CDs, DVDs and Blurays come from this store.
Better service impossible. Everything original, with fair values and speed.
Both when shopping at the physical store and when shopping online, I was always surprised by the extreme professionalism, attention, respect and love for heavy music that came from the entire Die Hard Team.
I will continue to buy all releases in that store for sure.

Sou cliente desde os tempos pré-internet ou as compras eram feitas apenas por telefone (lembro que tinha dificuldade de pronunciar certos nomes de bandas e títulos de discos hehe). Em todos esses anos sempre os cds vieram perfeitos e bem embalados. O único “problema” que tive até hoje foi um cd do Helloween que veio em uma versão diferente da adquirida. Entrei em contato e imediatamente me mandaram a versão correta. Podem comprar sem medo.
Best Metal CD store in Brazil. I have been a customer since pre-internet times or purchases were made only by phone (I remember I had difficulty pronouncing certain band names and record titles hehe). In all these years the cds have always been perfect and well packaged. The only “problem” I had so far was a Helloween CD that came in a different version than the one purchased. I got in touch and they immediately sent me the correct version. They can buy without fear.
