★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acho que o Digão decaiu muito, quando cheguei a Muriaé considerava o melhor local para lanchar, hoje já não indico mais. Hoje dia 09/02/22 está chovendo muito na cidade e sei que o lanche pode demorar mais que o normal, contudo fico indignada não com a demora, mas sim com a falta de respeito em não avisar o consumidor que “realmente” o lanche vai demorar. Eu ligo pra lá e eles avisam que está saindo, 40min depois o lanche está saindo. Fico indignada é com falta de respeito.
I think Digão has gone downhill a lot, when I arrived in Muriaé I considered it the best place to have a snack, today I don't recommend it anymore. Today 09/02/22 it is raining a lot in the city and I know that the snack can take longer than usual, however I am indignant not with the delay, but with the lack of respect in not warning the consumer that "really" the snack it's gonna take a while. I call there and they say it's leaving, 40 minutes later the lunch is leaving. I'm outraged at the lack of respect.
