★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento desumano e mal organizado, procedimento de endoscopia que é realizado com paciente em jejum, o atendimento é iniciado após as 8hrs com demora no atendimento pois são marcados mais de 20 pessoas por dia deixando os pacientes aguardando por mais de 4hrs passando mais de 15horas de jejum, dá a impressão que a clínica visa mais o lucro do que o bem estar e saúde dos pacientes.
Não recomendo
 Inhumane and poorly organized care, endoscopy procedure that is performed with a fasting patient, care starts after 8 am with a delay in care as more than 20 people are scheduled a day, leaving patients waiting for more than 4 hours and spending more than 15 hours. fasting, gives the impression that the clinic aims more at profit than the well-being and health of patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimas atendentes. Perece até q estamos pedindo um favor às secretárias. Mal educadas, passam o dia de cara feia. Horríveis. Se não quer trabalhar peça p sair. Tem muita gente precisando de emprego.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra Cláudia é uma médica excelente. No entanto, a clínica é extremamente desorganizada. Para conseguir ser atendida por telefone , necessário tentar ligar muuuuitas vezes. Agendam muitas pessoas para realizar endoscopia, muitos idosos que tem prioridade. O exame que é feito em jejum se torna desagradável pelo tempo de espera. Já realizei duas vezes e em ambas aguardei quase 5h para realizar o exame. Situação muito desagradável!
Dr Claudia is an excellent doctor. However, the clinic is extremely disorganized. To be able to be answered by phone, it is necessary to try calling many times. Many people are scheduled to undergo endoscopy, many seniors who have priority. The exam that is done on an empty stomach becomes unpleasant due to the waiting time. I've already done it twice and in both I've waited almost 5 hours to take the exam. Very unpleasant situation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compromisso zero aos retornos dos pacientes após tratamentos, tem que ligar apenas na segunda-feira e se não houver vaga na semana o paciente tem que ficar ligando até dar a sorte de ter vagas, as recepcionistas são muito antipáticas. NÃO RECOMENDO!

Fiz o retorno sem o resultado. Falta de compromisso de um médico chamado Pedro Saulo. Cuidado, não façam com ele endoscopia. Lotadíssimo. Não recomendo
