E tudo devido ao atendimento que recebi de uma " Dra" da qual só reclamava q o pulso estava doendo e que o hospital mandava muito paciente.. virava os olhos, ficava soltando os braços.. e quando sugeri (na segundo vez que fui obrigada a passar com a mesma, pois estava internada no hospital São Francisco e nao tive opção e me vi vivendo a mesma situação e ouvindo as mesmas reclamações) que ela deveria buscar tratamento ja que o pulso a estava incomodando tanto. Ela respondeu que fazer ultra-som em gestantes "maiores" era pior.
Ou seja vc internada a dias .. sem muitas opções ter q ouvir reclamações de certo tipo de " profissionais" foi lamentável.
Obs: Na terceira vez q tive que ir, consegui fazer com um Médico que foi otimo. Realizou o mesmo exame sem me machucar e sem o menor problema.
Ou seja o problema não é a clínica e sim essa profissional em particular.
My experience was terrible. And all due to the care I received from a "Dr" who only complained that the wrist was hurting and that the hospital sent a lot of patients... she rolled her eyes, kept dropping her arms... and when I suggested (the second time I was forced to pass with the same, as I was hospitalized at the São Francisco hospital and had no option and found myself living the same situation and hearing the same complaints) that she should seek treatment since her pulse was bothering her so much. She replied that doing ultrasounds on "older" pregnant women was worse.
In other words, you were hospitalized for days .. without many options, having to listen to complaints from a certain type of "professionals" was regrettable.
Note: The third time I had to go, I managed to do it with a Doctor who was great. He performed the same exam without hurting me and without the slightest problem.
In other words, the problem is not the clinic, but this particular professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem atendida a primeira vez para fazer uma ressonância da lombar. Tanto as atendentes quantos os profissiinais foram muito atenciosos e cuidadosos comigo. Depois levei minha filha e meu pai para radiografias, mesma coisa...foram bem atendidos. E ha 1 semana fiz radiografia... novamente nada do que reclamar. O lugar é muito bom, atendimento otimo tb. Tempo de espera aceitável, dentro dos padrões normais.
I was very well attended the first time to do a lumbar MRI. Both the attendants and the professionals were very attentive and careful with me. Then I took my daughter and my father for x-rays, same thing...they were well attended. And 1 week ago I had an X-ray... again nothing to complain about. The place is very good, great service too. Acceptable waiting time, within normal standards.

Precisei refazer o raio x novamente porque eles perderam a imagem, tive que tomar medicação para fazer o preparo sendo que não tinha nenhuma necessidade (na segunda vez falaram que não precisava). Atrasaram a entrega em duas semanas com a justificativa que o laudo não tinha ficado pronto, pra vir escritas três frase curtas mal feitas.
Terrible. I had to redo the x-ray again because they lost the image, I had to take medication to prepare it since I didn't have any need (the second time they said I didn't need it). They delayed delivery for two weeks with the justification that the report had not been ready, so that three short sentences were written poorly.

Marcaram meu exame para dia 29/03 via call center, fiz os preparos todos (diarreia a noite toda, segurando a urina desse uma hora antes do exame) e chego pra fazer o exame falam que marcaram errado, a pessoa colocou para o dia 01/04 e NÃO FAZEM MEU EXAME HOJE. Evite ao máximo esse lugar amador e sem respeito nenhum pelos pacientes.
Terrible. My exam was scheduled for the 29/03th via the call center, I made all the preparations (diarrhea all night, holding the urine for an hour before the exam) and I arrive to do the exam, they say they scheduled it wrong, the person put it for the 01th /04 and DO NOT TAKE MY EXAM TODAY. Avoid as much as possible this amateur place and no respect for patients.
