Fiquei muito decepcionada, era para ser um momento tranquilo e sai de lá super atrasada com a demora deles e nervosa. A pessoa responsável tem o meu número já se passaram dias e não houve nenhum pedido de desculpa e no dia os funcionários que estavam também não se desculparam. Uma falta de respeito com o consumidor. Não encomendem esse tipo de balão com eles não são responsáveis e muito menos competentes.
