★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meu ventilador 01/01/2021 ficou 35 dias pra ser consertado, quebrou de novo 27 dias depois, levei na assistência onde a senhora VICTORIA SOARES PARDINI muita grossa, nem espera a pessoa explicar o defeito, se recusou a dar entrada no conserto Hoje 30/03/2021, disse que só após o término do lockdown sendo que liguei e ela mesma disse que estaria aberto até as 16h. Começou a fechar as portas em mim é na minha filha sentada na porta, mesmo eu chamando a polícia militar não deu em nada, não me atenderam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha escova a mais de um mês e ainda não está pronta, minha sogra foi levar a dela e não aceitaram por um numero estar apagado. Ela perguntou sobre uma cafeteira que estava a venda e pediu nota fiscal e a senhora que provavelmente é a dona falou que não tinha nota fiscal, minha sogra questionou e a mesma senhora mandou ela comprar em outro lugar então. Péssimo atendimento, não sei como não fecharam esse lugar ainda.
I left my brush for over a month and it's still not ready, my mother-in-law took hers and they didn't accept it because a number was out. She asked about a coffee maker that was for sale and asked for an invoice and the lady who is probably the owner said she had no invoice, my mother-in-law questioned and the same lady told her to buy somewhere else then. Bad service, I don't know why they haven't closed this place yet.

A sra. que se apresenta como proprietária, é uma pessoa mal educada, grosseira e sem qualquer respeito ao cliente.
Além de toda grosseria, a loja ficou com nosso material por 30 dias e devolveu sem realizar o conserto.
Como diversas pessoas aqui relataram, sinto muito por ter feito contato com esta empresa sem antes ler os comentários aqui, isso teria nos polpado de ouvirmos as palavras desrespeitosas proferidos por essa senhora e teríamos economizado mais de 30 dias que nosso produto ficou parado nesta loja até nos ser devolvido sem conserto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Levei por três vezes a escova para conserto e a senhora que atendeu informa que não pode aceitar, pois a NF está ilegível. Levei a nota impressa do site da loja e hoje a original. Falou que caso a Philco não aceitasse quem pagaria o conserto?
Não sei ainda como as marcas mantém esse tipo de empresa como assistência técnica a disposição dos clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se puder, procure outra loja. Essa loja é péssima. Bao dão retorno. Mais de 30 dias o produto parado em garantia e sem solução. Eles nao possuem nenhum respeito pelo cliente. Buscando uma forma de reportar a Philco para descreditar essa loja.
If you can, look for another store. This store sucks. Bao give return. More than 30 days the product stopped under warranty and no solution. They have no respect for the customer. Looking for a way to report Philco to discredit this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!!! Falta educação e respeito. Voltei para casa com meu produto sem conserto, porque a funcionária e dona não estava dispostas... Primeiro não aceitaram a NF eletrônica alegando que era impressa e queriam a que veio pela transportadora ( a NF está legível) depois queria saber qual o defeito da cafeteira ( se eu soubesse não levava na assistência), por fim a Senhora disse que não trabalha deste jeito ( não intendi o que ela quis dizer pois levei o produto, NF e protocolo do SAC da Philco) falou "assim não trabalho, se não eles vem aqui e me fecham" ?

First they did not accept the electronic invoice claiming that it was printed and they wanted the one that came from the carrier (the invoice is readable) then I wanted to know what the defect of the coffeemaker (if I knew I wouldn't take it to the assistance), finally the lady said she doesn't work this way (I didn't understand what she meant because I took the product, NF and Philco Customer Service protocol) she said "I won't work, otherwise they come here and shut me up" ?

Levei um produto novo, sem uso para conserto em garantia.
A atendente marcou na ordem de serviços que o produto possuía riscos leves e manchas. Questionei aonde estavam os riscos e as manchas, a atendente mandou eu procurar outra assistência técnica.
Ao sair da loja, retive a ordem de serviço comigo, para poder entrar em contato com a Philco e registrar uma reclamação de atendimento, ao fazer isso a atendente me ameaçou e foi até a rua anotar a placa do meu carro. Acho que ela vai me aplicar uma multa! Ah caso tenha anotado errado a placa do meu carro é DIS-6260
Não sabem lidar com o público, não tem a mínima condição de ser um posto de atendimento da Philco.
Sugiro que todos que se sentirem lesados por esse péssimo atendimento que registrem uma reclamação junto a Philco, quem sabe assim eles perdem a "categoria" de assistência técnica e novos clientes não sejam lesados.
