Nenhum dos fones veio funcionando, tive que me deslocar e ir até uma agência dos correios para devolver, demorou alguns dias e eles mandaram outro fone funcionando somente 1 lado do fone, tive que me deslocar novamente e devolver nós correios, até o momento eles não me responderam nada do que eu perguntei no SAC da Americanas, quem me deu retorno foi o pessoal da Americanas, recebi meu dinheiro de volta depois de ter cobrado muito ! Resumindo não indico essa loja para ninguém!
My experience with this company was not good, I bought a bluetooth headset, it came defective. None of the headphones came working, I had to move and go to a post office to return it, it took a few days and they sent another headphone working only 1 side of the headphone, I had to move again and return it to the post office, so far they haven't they answered me nothing of what I asked in the SAC da Americanas, who gave me back was the people from Americanas, I received my money back after having charged a lot! In short, I do not recommend this store to anyone!
