Levamos uma mesa de video Roland. esta a mais de 1 ano com eles. nos cobraram uma verdadeira fortuna se baseando no valor do produto novo. Pagamos a fortuna cobrado. Qdo fomos buscar. o equipamento esta com o mesmo defeito e mais um outro q nao havia antes. Ainda estamos esperando o retorno do equipamento. Porem, deveremos acionar judicialmente por perdas e danos. Altamente nao recomendavel.
We took a Roland video table. has been with them for over 1 year. they charged us a real fortune based on the value of the new product. We paid the fortune charged. When we went to get it. the equipment is with the same defect and another one that was not there before. We are still waiting for the equipment to return. However, we must sue for damages. Highly not recommended.

Péssimo . Levei um teclado para arrumar duas teclas sem som. Paguei o solicitado (50%) e demoraram 13 meses para consertar. Sem qualquer explicação. E ainda queriam cobrar uma taxa de " custódia ou permanência" do produto na loja... sem falar que lieramente destruíram a capa de transporte do teclado. Ficaram de arrumar e me enviar em uma semana... já se passou mais de duas... talvez tenha que aguardar mais 13 meses...
Terrible . I took a keyboard to fix two keys without sound. I paid the requested (50%) and it took 13 months to repair. Without any explanation. And they still wanted to charge a "custody or stay" fee for the product in the store ... not to mention that they literally destroyed the keyboard carrying case. They kept packing and sending me in a week ... more than two already ... maybe have to wait another 13 months ...

Levei uma caixa amplificadora para fazer orçamento de transformador queimado. Após recusar o orçamento por achar muito elevado, devolveram a caixa com três pés de suporte ao invés de quatro e não responderam minhas mensagens perguntando sobre isso. O outro local onde arrumei a caixa depois me avisou que ela havia sido mexida internamente e estava com fios desligados. Ou seja, não me devolveram a caixa nas mesma condições de quando levei para fazer orçamento!
I took an amplifier box to make a burnt transformer budget. After refusing the budget because it was too high, they returned the box with three support feet instead of four and did not answer my messages asking about it. The other place where I put the box away later told me that it had been tampered with internally and had wires disconnected. That is, they did not return the box to me in the same condition as when I took it to make a budget!

Resposta técnica é boa, atendimento muito ruim... não respondem Whatsapp, não respondem e-mails, prometem entregar o aparelho reparado em dez dias, se você não cobra o conserto ele fica parado. Ainda no dia que retirei o aparelho disseram que não tinham o formulário para fazer a garantia... falaram que enviariam por e-mail, passados dois meses, já cobrei por e-mail e nada de resposta...
Technical response is good, very bad service... they don't respond to Whatsapp, they don't respond to e-mails, they promise to deliver the repaired device in ten days, if you don't charge for the repair, it stays put. Even on the day I removed the device, they said they didn't have the form to make the warranty... they said they would send it by email, after two months, I already charged by email and no reply...

Muito desorganizado, deixei um teclado pra arrumar ,ficou 5 meses e não arrumaram e nem avisava nada,eu que fui buscar e trouxe do mesmo jeito!!!!
Very disorganized, I left a keyboard to be fixed, it was 5 months and they didn't fix it and didn't even warn me, I went to get it and brought it the same way!!!!
