Poucas pessoas se salvam, dos dois técnicos de celular só um faz o serviço correto, o outro é desleixado. Péssimas condições de trabalho, dividimos salas com RATOS e suas FEZES, barata, o banheiro é PODRE.

Few people are saved, of the two cell phone technicians only one does the right job, the other is sloppy. Terrible working conditions, we share rooms with RATS and their FACES, cheap, the bathroom is ROTTEN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço de atendimento. Eles fornecem 4 números de telefone e em nenhum dos 4 você é atendido. Os dois números fixos informam mensagem de horário de atendimento, mesmo você ligando dentro do horário de atendimento, e os dois celulares chamam até a ligação cair sempre.
O whatsapp eles visualizam e não respondem ou respondem que vão verificar o número da sua O.S e não retornam mais.
Péssimo atendimento, péssima assistência técnica. A LG deveria se envergonhar de ter um prestador de serviço nesse nível em Recife.

Primeiro que o estabelecimento é deplorável, desorganizado, caixas e caixas desde o hall de entrada, depois os valores altíssimos para peças originais, e por último o serviço péssimo: meu celular precisava de um reparo que foi realizado e voltou com outros problemas, o técnico ainda me disse com todas as letras que sempre que se abre um celular novos problemas podem aparecer, enfim não sei nem o que dizer sobre isso, para mim soa como grande oportunidade de golpe. Se eu pudesse não daria sequer meia estrela.
The ONLY LG authorized service in Pernambuco is a mess.
