★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratrei pensando que nos dariam um suporte quanto a questao das impressoras. Desde o inicio do contrato, sempre atrasaram entrega. Cada hora uma desculpa. Fiz uma clausula no contrato, deles pagarem 10% de multa caso atrasassem, não é que atrasaram novamente? Enrolaram minha equipe mandando aguardar no local, para receber a encomenda e NADA. Fizeram hora extra e nada chegou. Quem for comecar a trabalhar com eles, tomem cuidado, eles prometem e nao cumprem; Ahhhhhh... e me falaram de um boleto em aberto nosso... sendo que ao inves de 2500, cobraram quase 8000 ( SEGUNDO ELES, ERRO NA LEITURA KKKKKKK). Ate hoje nao me enviaram o boleto e mandaram apenas os dados para eu enviar um PIX. Lamentavel.
I hired them thinking that they would give us support on the issue of printers. Since the beginning of the contract, delivery has always been delayed. Every hour an excuse. I made a clause in the contract, for them to pay a 10% fine if they were late, isn't it that they were late again? They tricked my team by telling me to wait at the place, to receive the order and NOTHING. They worked overtime and nothing came. Whoever starts working with them, be careful, they promise and don't deliver; Ahhhhhh... and they told me about an open ticket of ours... and instead of 2500, they charged almost 8000 (ACCORDING TO THEM, ERROR IN READING LOL). Until today they did not send me the ticket and only sent the data for me to send a PIX. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! O pior serviço de impressora e toner! O toner acaba rápido, sempre atrasam dias na entrega, sempre dão um monte de desculpas... O último atraso na empresa que trabalho está em 15 dias!!! Sem contar que a antiga impressora estragou e eles simplesmente deixaram ela lá... Falando que iam buscar em uma semana e isso tem meses!!! Sinceramente, sem condições...
Terrible! The worst printer and toner service! The toner runs out fast, they always delay delivery days, they always make a lot of excuses... The last delay in the company I work for is 15 days!!! Not to mention that the old printer broke down and they just left it there... Saying they were going to pick it up in a week and that's been months!!! Honestly, unconditionally...
