O preço do reparo achei meio alto, mas o técnico explicou que deu-se pelo fato de o problema ter sido na placa lógica, que foi trocada por outra. O reparo tem garantia de 3 meses e isso é importante para o cliente.
Enfim, no geral estamos satisfeitos com atendimento.
I took the printer home to do a repair and I was well taken care of. The printer was delivered repaired in 7 days, as they had promised. I thought the repair price was a bit high, but the technician explained that it was because the problem was in the logic board, which was replaced by another one. The repair is guaranteed for 3 months and this is important for the customer.
Anyway, in general we are satisfied with the service.
