Fui lá para tentar reativar uma linha que foi cancelada e disseram que lá é somente revenda, logo este estabelecimento não serve de nada e deveria se chamar loja de celular, não loja Vivo. O pior é que quando ligo para vivo para tentar resolver meu problema eles me mandam para a loja, na loja eles dizem que lá não resolvem.
This vivo store does not solve any problem. I went there to try to reactivate a line that was canceled and said that there is only resale, so this establishment is of no use and should be called cell phone store, not Vivo store. What's worse is that when I call live to try to solve my problem they send me to the store, in the store they say they don't solve it there.
