★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Passamos a utilizar o local pela localização mas infelizmente não ficamos satisfeitos com o serviço/atendimento nenhuma vez. Os funcionários nunca parecem saber o que está acontecendo e está sempre uma aura de confusão: tivemos problemas para reservar e comprar filmes (ninguém sabia aonde estava a reserva/tinha anotado o pedido que fizemos por telefone) e no final o valor não condizia com o que tinha sido acordado; problemas com diversos com digitalização/revelação - no último, hoje o funcionário ainda insistiu pelo telefone com a minha esposa (que tinha feito o pedido) e comigo (que fui pegar) que ela não havia pedido o que nós sabíamos que ela havia pedido! E ainda saiu magoado e nervosinho. Nunca mais.
 Bad experience. We started to use the place for its location but unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service / attendance once. The employees never seem to know what is going on and there is always an aura of confusion: we had trouble booking and buying movies (nobody knew where the reservation was / had taken the order we made over the phone) and in the end the amount did not match the that it had been agreed; problems with several with scanning / development - at last, today the employee still insisted on the phone with my wife (who had made the order) and me (who went to get it) that she had not asked for what we knew she had asked for! And he still left hurt and nervous. Never.

I'm suspicious to talk about Digitall. They understand like no one else what photography wants, be it digital or analog. Extremely impeccable services, fast, and at a very fair price. A true photography oasis in the heart of Rio. I love it! If I could, I would give it 6 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz imãs de geladeira pro aniversário da minha sobrinha. Ficaram prontos super rápido e a qualidade foi excelente, além do preço ter sido muito melhor do que de outra empresa onde costumava fazer e que me deixou na mão. O atendimento do Barcelos e do Vitor foi super atencioso. Recomendo!
I made fridge magnets for my niece's birthday. They were ready super fast and the quality was excellent, in addition to the price being much better than from another company where I used to make them and that let me down. Barcelos and Vitor's service was super attentive. I recommend!
