No meu caso, estava bem apressado e não verifiquei a troca de película, cerca de uma hora depois, fui ver o celular e ele tinha sido danificado (provavelmente uma queda) tentei ligar depois de verificar, mas não quiseram me ouvir, não quis discutir muito, pois vacilei por não ter verificado na hora (se bem que, pela forma que fui tratado quando liguei, acredito que simplesmente iriam dizer que "já estava assim", se eu tivesse verificado)
Enfim, não posso falar que todos da loja são assim, mas pelo menos algum funcionário que trocou minha película fez isso e ficou calado(a), espero que não tenham a "sorte" dele(a) fazer o serviço.
Be careful when taking your cell phone to this establishment, check after any service. In my case, I was in a hurry and didn't check the film change, about an hour later, I went to see the phone and it had been damaged (probably a fall) I tried to call after checking it, but they didn't want to hear me, I didn't want to discuss a lot, because I hesitated for not having checked at the time (although, from the way I was treated when I called, I believe they would simply say "it was already like this", if I had checked)
Anyway, I can't say that everyone in the store is like that, but at least some employee who changed my film did this and was quiet, I hope they are not "lucky" to do the job.
