★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma experiência ruim, me deu um prazo de 5 dias para finalizar um serviço de conserto de mal contato de fonte de notebook, atrasou a entrega em 4 dias (seriam 5 se eu não tivesse ficado em cima) e a fonte voltou com o mesmo problema. Não irei retornar pois não posso ficar mais 10 dias sem computador então usarei a fonte defeituosa.
A bad experience, it gave me a period of 5 days to finish a bad contact repair service for a notebook source, delayed delivery by 4 days (it would be 5 if I hadn't stayed on top) and the source returned with the same problem . I will not be returning because I cannot spend another 10 days without a computer so I will use the defective font.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi pessima!!! Meu computador ja tinha um backup na area de trabalho, pela falta de atencao ele NAO salvou os outros documentos, ou seja sumiu com os meus documentos da faculdade. Levei pra ele novamente pra saber se tinha tido problemas em salvar os documentos, disse que nao mas que faria outro backup, ficou tres dias com o notebook e nao encontrou. Fui buscar o computador na hora que cheguei em casa o computador nao ligava aparecendo msg que precisava reparar o disco. Liguei pro Renato muito alterada, ele disse que presta servico pra pessoa que eu tinha levado, que era so eu levar novamente pra pessoa que ele via o que tinha acontecido. Arrogante!!! Nunca mais
It was terrible!!! My computer already had a backup on the desktop, due to lack of attention it did NOT save the other documents, that is, it disappeared with my documents from the college. I took it to him again to find out if he had had problems saving the documents, he said no but that he would do another backup, he spent three days with the notebook and he couldn't find it. I went to get the computer when I got home, the computer wouldn't turn on and a msg that needed to repair the disk appeared. I called Renato very upset, he said that he is of service to the person I had taken, that I had only to take it back to the person he saw what had happened. Arrogant!!! Never
