★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro atendimento por telefone bem ruim por um atendente que insistia em cadastrar um titular para o plano já que o titular havia acabado de falecer, mesmo eu explicando que veria isso logo em seguida e precisava resolver questões relativas a retirada do corpo e sepultamento ele continuava a insistir, tive que perder minha paciência com ele para que ele fizesse o trabalho dele. Porém o segundo atendimento feito pelo Vagner foi excelente, muito discreto, pontual e educado, fez a diferença em um momento como este.
