Fiz um programa com 10 sessões e a dinâmica é muito interessante abordando diferentes temas.
O espaço é bem agradável, limpo, ventilado e com uma energia incrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nesta caminhada da “REPROGRAMAÇÃO MENTAL” confesso que demorei “internamente” para identificar e assumir p/ mim mesmo que estava tudo fora do lugar. Fora do meu lugar!
Para exemplificar pensem no plantio de uma horta: As sementes estão lá e nada cresce. De repente identificamos que é a terra que está com impurezas e é preciso trocar. Entendemos o que está contaminando e tirando a potência de crescermos. E antes de plantarmos algo novo cuidamos do que foi adoecido e a terra consegue chegar ao ponto de germinar novamente.
Para mim, vivenciar essa reprogramação tem relação com o ciclo da horta: Identifiquei padrões que eu estava alimentando e me impedia de crescer, sentimentos contaminados que já me deixavam apática... Bom, vou resumir. Consegui recriar meu mundo interno e o externo mudou de cor. A minha essência voltou a vibrar alto e eu sinto esse pulsar no meu dia a dia. Me sinto encaixada na minha própria pele e é tão mágico e libertador!
Gratidão Dill pelo lindo trabalho! Você é muito atencioso, dedicado, atua com amor e maestria. Conseguiu me deixar muito a vontade para expor as vivências e concluir meu processo.

On this journey of “MENTAL REPROGRAMING” I confess that it took me “internally” to identify and admit to myself that everything was out of place. Out of my place!
As an example, think about planting a vegetable garden: The seeds are there and nothing grows. Suddenly we identify that it is the soil that has impurities and needs to be changed. We understand what is contaminating and taking away the power to grow. And before we plant something new, we take care of what has been sick and the earth manages to reach the point of germinating again.
For me, experiencing this reprogramming is related to the garden cycle: I identified patterns that I was feeding and preventing me from growing, contaminated feelings that already made me apathetic... Well, I'll summarize. I was able to recreate my inner world and the outer world changed color. My essence vibrated high again and I feel this pulse in my day to day. I feel embedded in my own skin and it's so magical and liberating!
Gratitude Dill for the beautiful work! You are very attentive, dedicated, act with love and mastery. It made me feel very comfortable to expose my experiences and complete my process.
