★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei uma peça e fui bem atendido sendo a primeira vez que fiz um serviço lá, recomendado por um conhecido, tudo ocorreu na medida do esperado. Quando fui realizar o alinhamento e balanceamento, condenaram duas peças do meu veículo e avaliaram que duas rodas estavam empenadas e o custo do serviço ficou muito elevado. Desloquei-me duzentos metros, fui para outra oficina, obtive outro diagnóstico, o alinhamento e balanceamento eram digitais e mais baratos, as peças condenadas estavam boas, mas os mecânicos desse outro estabelecimento acharam o defeito em uma peça que fazia parte das peças condenadas anteriormente, proporcionando uma economia de metade do valor proposto pelo Diltão. Só acertaram a duas rodas empenadas. Não o recomendo.
I changed a piece and was well attended and the first time I did a service there, recommended by an acquaintance, everything happened as expected. When I was doing the alignment and balancing, they condemned two parts of my vehicle and assessed that two wheels were engaged and the cost of service was very high. I moved two hundred meters, went to another workshop, got another diagnosis, the alignment and balancing were digital and cheaper, the damned parts were good, but the mechanics of that other establishment found the defect in a part that was part of the previously damned parts. , saving half the value proposed by Diltão. They only hit two warped wheels. I do not recommend it.
