 Snack very very expensive but looks good ... just not like there because I see several rats go through your kitchen that gives back to the forest river plus their mayonnaise and good done in ratauole. ... I recommend....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente e cardápios cheiram mal, a dona do estabelecimento mal tratou um funcionário em treinamento na frente de todos presentes na mesa. O lanche achei boa, porém atendimento e ambiente não agradou.
Ambience and menus stink, the owner of the establishment barely treated an employee in training in front of everyone present at the table. The snack was good, but the service and ambience did not please.

Atendimento péssimo, não vale a pena. Um exemplo de descaso com o cliente.
Não recomendo e não voltarei a consumir neste estabeleciamento.
The delivery exceeded 20min of the deadline, I requested the cancellation of the order by telephone, the operator laughed and hung up in my face, without fulfilling the request.
Lousy service, not worth it. An example of customer neglect.
I do not recommend and will not consume again at this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha pediu um x-salada. Pagou R$16,00 para entregarem. Quando ela foi comer tinham entregue um hambúrguer com ovo. Ela ligou para reclamar a atendente mandou ela tirar o ovo e comer. Minha filha então falou que não tinha salada e que ela queria trocar o lanche, a atendente mandou ela comer aquele mesmo porque não tinha outra entrega para o bairro onde minha filha mora. Conclusão : total desrespeito com os clientes. Sempre fui nesta lanchonete mas agora não irei mais. Estou dando uma estrela porque não aceitam avaliação sem estrelas.
My daughter ordered an x-salad. Paid $ 16.00 to deliver. When she went to eat they had delivered an egg burger. She called to complain the attendant had her take the egg and eat. My daughter then said that she had no salad and that she wanted to change the snack, the attendant told her to eat the same because there was no other delivery to the neighborhood where my daughter lives. Conclusion: total disrespect for customers. I've always been in this diner but now I won't go anymore. I'm giving a star because they don't accept no star rating.
