Os funcionários do balcão ficam papeando enquanto cliente aguarda e são ríspidos quando o fazem, mesmo se gastar uma quantia alta na loja, como no meu caso. Com tantas lojas na região que oferecem os mesmos produtos, o atendimento deveria ser um diferencial, mas nunca mais retornarei a esse estabelecimento e jamais o indicarei a ninguém!
The service left a lot to be desired, I hated the experience. The counter staff chatter while the customer waits and are harsh when they do, even if I spend a large amount of money at the store, as in my case. With so many stores in the region that offer the same products, the service should be a differential, but I will never return to this establishment and I will never recommend it to anyone!
