★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma boa loja, você não precisa se deslocar até à Santa Ifigênia para encontrar grande variedade de materiais elétricos. Os vendedores são atenciosos, mas tome cuidado, faça valer a sua opinião. Comprei lá um transformador 110/220 V / 2000 VA há uns três anos. Era uma pechincha, e comprei assumindo o risco. Uso para o ar condicionado portátil. Na primeira vez que o liguei, já notei o zumbido muito alto. OK, o ruído do próprio ar condicionado o abafará. Mas uma hora você se cansa e fui lá ver se tinham outro, de maior potência e que não zumbisse. Expliquei o caso ao vendedor e ele foi logo falando: "Mas o Sr. estragou o transformador!!!" retruquei na sequência, com os olhos bem arregalados: "Estraguei nada !!! Liguei na tomada e já zumbia feito uma colmeia!!!" . Aí a atitude do vendedor mudou.... Mas infelizmente eles não tinham o que eu queria (3000 VA). São pequenos detalhes que podem aborrecer os clientes. Tenho 56 anos, compro material eletrônico há 40 anos, e o cidadão vem com essa pra cima de mim? Por favor !

I explained the case to the seller and he started talking: "But you ruined the transformer !!!" I replied in the sequence, with wide eyes: "I spoiled nothing !!! I plugged in and was already humming like a beehive !!!" . Then the attitude of the seller changed ... But unfortunately they did not have what I wanted (3000 VA). These are small details that can upset customers. I am 56 years old, I have been buying electronic material for 40 years, and the citizen comes with this on me? Please !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De longe, a melhor loja do setor em que já comprei. E já comprei lá várias vezes. Boa variedade, preço justo e atendimento impecável, principalmente dos gerentes. Tbm fazem pequenos serviços de adaptações (dependendo do tipo) de padrão em luminárias que vc já possui mas não encontra mais o padrão INMETRO de lâmpada compatível. Orientam bem sobre os produtos. Não faço cotação por telefone. Vou direto lá já sabendo o que preciso e msm que não tenham, posso sair com alguma outra solução ou mesmo dica do que fazer.
By far the best store in the industry I have ever shopped at. And I've shopped there several times. Good variety, fair price and impeccable service, especially from the managers. They also do small adaptation services (depending on the type) of pattern in luminaires that you already have but no longer find the INMETRO standard of compatible lamp. They guide you well about the products. I do not quote over the phone. I go straight there already knowing what I need and even if they don't have it, I can come out with some other solution or even a tip of what to do.
