Acabei praticamente de sair da loja pedi pra ser feito um bordado de Farmácia com o nome mas a cor do bordado está diferente da cor que pedi a cor da Farmácia na Faculdade é Verde escuro e me bordaram verde claro.Liguei pra ter informações a moça do bordado é super atenciosa calma mas espero que consigam resolver o meu problema por que quem errou foi a funcionária eu mostrei a cor pra ela como eu quero e ela me veio com uma cor totalmente diferente daqui pedi. estou muito chateada amanhã sábado dia 12.02.2022 vou comparecer até a loja pra conversa com o responsável e espero resolver.
por que pelo whatsapp a moça veio me dizer que não tem como arrumar por que rasga só outro jaleco sabem quanto custa um outro Jaleco 80,00 reais este Jaleco foi comprado de um site na internet.Olha sinceramente quero uma solução pois me recuso a aceitar que meu Jaleco vai ficar com aquela cor de letra que não gostei sou cliente e vou atrás dos meus direitos de consumidora de cliente

I practically left the store, I asked to have a Pharmacy embroidery done with the name but the color of the embroidery is different from the color I asked for. Embroidery is super attentive calm but I hope they can solve my problem because who made the mistake was the employee I showed her the color as I want and she came with a totally different color from here I asked. I'm very upset tomorrow Saturday 02.12.2022 I will go to the store to talk to the person in charge and I hope to solve it.
