Prestam serviço de manutenção dos elevadores do meu predio E liberaram um elevador, que antes estaria estragado, em seguida o elevador teve defeito e deixou minha mãe presa por mais de 40min enquanto o elevador balançava vigorosamente, causando muito panico. Para piorar, demoraram uma hora para chegar ao local, minha mae apenas conseguiu sair por que chamamos o serviço de bombeiros

Moro em um prédio de 13 andares, cuja administração dos elevadores é de vocês. Um dos elevadores está em manutenção há mais de um ano, o outro, que é o único que funciona, estragou ontem no fim da tarde e até agora não foi consertado. Como assim? Temos aqui no prédio, uma grande quantidade de idosos em andares altos. E se durante a noite passam mal? O socorro que se vire para prestar atendimento nos andares altos?
Tenho certeza que a manutenção dos elevadores é paga impreterivelmente em dia. Já são quase 24 horas sem elevador. Os idosos estão descendo e subindo escadas para o 10°, 11°, 13° andares. Verdade que não se importam? Ok!
O slogan da empresa jamais poderia ter algo sobre RAPIDEZ, AGILIDADE E QUALIDADE.
Vocês estão nos prestando um péssimo atendimento!!!
Desde já, "agradeço" pelo total descaso com nosso condomínio!

I live in a 13-story building, which is up to you to manage the elevators. Here in the building, we have a lot of elderly people on high floors. What if they feel sick at night? The help that turns to provide assistance on the high floors?
I'm sure that the maintenance of the elevators is always paid on time. It's been almost 24 hours without an elevator. The elderly are going down and up stairs to the 10th, 11th, 13th floors. Is it true you don't care? OK!
The company's slogan could never have anything about SPEED, AGILITY AND QUALITY.
You are giving us a terrible service !!!
Now, "thank you" for the total neglect with our condo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência traumática. Minha mãe ficou 1h30 presa dentro do elevador. A empresa gastou 50 minutos para atender um dos varios telefones de emergência. Quando atenderam, fui xingado. O elevador que ficou preso havia ficado uma semana em manutenção. Além de preso, o elevador ainda começou a balançar incessantemente. O problema só foi resolvido pelos bombeiros, que nas palavras do atendente da empresa “são muito mais competentes”. Uma empresa, especializada em elevadores, que assume esse nível de incompetência. Um trauma que não recomendo para ninguém.

The stuck elevator had been under maintenance for a week. In addition to being stuck, the elevator also began to swing incessantly. The problem was only solved by the firefighters, who in the words of the company attendant "are much more competent". A company, specialized in elevators, that assumes this level of incompetence. A trauma that I don't recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São responsáveis pela modernização do único elevador aqui do prédio e estamos sem o mesmo desde outubro de 2020. O contrato foi assinado antes e o responsável pelo trabalho só sabe culpar a pandemia e não a ineficiência da empresa. Funcionários chegam as 11h para trabalhar e vão embora as 15h, tem dia que aparecem e tem dias que não.
They are responsible for the modernization of the only elevator here in the building and we have been without it since October 2020. The contract was signed before and the person responsible for the work only knows how to blame the pandemic and not the inefficiency of the company. Employees arrive at 11 am to work and leave at 3 pm, there are days that they show up and some days that don't.
