Pois estou com uma pessoa em minha casa há 15 dias aguardando a entrega da chave.... Pois é de fora e não temos mto o q fazer... Pois deram um papel q se ela desistir agora terá q pagar multa... Inacreditável .... Lamentável

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei o meu imóvel com a Dinâmica e qdo o inquilino devolveu o imóvel a mesma não me pagou os dias de aluguel,alegando que não pagaria pois,o período que o inquilino ficou no imóvel para pintar e deixar em ordem não é cobrado,sendo que o certo é ser cobrado o aluguel até a devolução das chaves, se for do jeito que a imobiliária quer, o inquilino pode ficar a vontade para regularizar a manutenção do imóvel pq não será cobrado nada dele,se ele regularizar depois de 3meses ou mais,fica TD certo?

No fim, quem sai prejudicado são os donos de imóveis que deixam lá a adm, que perdem locatários e negócios...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Se estiver em duvida escolha outra imobiliaria. Não são flexiveis e sao exigentes. Fiquei duas semanas no imóvel peguei ele todo sujo e com defeitos, relevei tudo fiz limpeza por minha conta informando eles e agora na saida estao reclamando de limpeza. Precisei sair por motivos pessoais e financeiros, agora toda hora querem que eu volte por detalhes que poderiam ser reaolvidos a distancia e cada trajeto meu tenho que desembolsar muita grana.
I do not recommend! If in doubt, choose another realtor. They are not flexible and are demanding. I stayed in the property for two weeks, I got it all dirty and with defects, I revealed everything, I did the cleaning on my own, informing them and now when I leave they are complaining about cleaning. I had to leave for personal and financial reasons, now they want me to come back all the time for details that could be solved remotely and each trip I have to pay a lot of money.
