★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez que levo o carro. Fui muito bem atendida, com cordialidade, pelo Fred, Adriano e pelo mecânico Wanderlei que sempre explica o que vai fazer no carro. Entretanto, após o pagamento, qdo fui arquivar a nota, percebi que dois serviços foram cobrados indevidamente e serão pagos por mim, pois fiz no cartão. Voltei à loja, no dia seguinte, o gerente resolveu, como única opção, me dar um vale para usar depois. Sinceramente, não achei a melhor solução.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 pneus + alinhamento + balanceamento pela vendedora pelo telefone. Quando Cheguei para pagar os preços estavam diferentes.
Tentaram empurrar troca de amortecedor (estavam novos) e na hora de fazer o alinhamento tentaram me empurrar a cambagem. Como não quis fazer, o rapaz fez em 5 minutos o alinhamento. Deu tempo nem de acompanhar.
O serviço da roda empenada e balanceamento parece q foi bem feito. Veremos com o tempo.
I bought 2 tires + alignment + balancing by the seller over the phone. When I arrived to pay the prices were different.
They tried to change the shock absorber (they were new) and when it was time to do the alignment they tried to push the camber. As he didn't want to do it, the boy did the alignment in 5 minutes. Didn't even have time to follow up.
The bent wheel and balancing service seems to have been well done. We'll see with time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem for levar o carro pra trocar o pneu preste bem atenção no que eles vão falar para depois não falar outra coisa, verifique o preço, tem preço até pra trocar os pneu, alinhamento e balanceamento, nada e de graça, e todos vão botar defeito no seu veículo, cada um deles, amortecedor ruim, aro toda amassada ou empenada, etc etc etc, levem para o seu mecânico da uma olhada nunca confie demais, se não vão apurar tudo e se tu for daquele que não falar um “não” vai sair falido. Vi vários depoimentos sobre isso e aconteceu comigo também. Levei no meu mecânico os aros estavam ok e o amortecedor tbm, se eu fosse fazer lá iria sair daquia com menos 2000 fácil… aconselho a compra as rodas na net e mandar trocar.
Não aconselho comprar pirreli, pneu ruim demais, compre sempre michelin ou continental.

I saw several testimonials about it and it happened to me too. I took it to my mechanic, the rims were ok and the shock absorber too, if I were to do it there I would get out of here with less 2000 easy… I advise you to buy the wheels on the net and have them changed.
I don't advise buying pirreli, too bad tire, always buy michelin or continental.

Gastei quase 1800 reais e os rapazes que fazem a troca dos pneus devem ter jogado minhas duas rodas traseiras para o auto e deixado elas caírem com os pneus vazios só para empena-las, pois as rodas traseiras chegaram lá boas e saíram empenadas. Pena que não tenho como provar. De uma coisa eu sei. Nunca mais, eu disse nunnnnnca mais eu coloco os pés em alguma unidade de vocês e no que eu puder queimar vocês eu o farei.
Tive que gastar mais dinheiro para consertar o que vocês estragaram. Uma coisa eu digo. Um dia a conta chega por vocês fazerem isso. " Um dia a conta Chegará pelo mau caratismos".
What a disappointment. I spent almost 1800 reais and the guys who change the tires must have thrown my two rear wheels into the car and let them fall with the empty tires just to warp them, because the rear wheels got there good and came out warped. Too bad I can't prove it. One thing I know. Never again, I said, never again, will I set foot in any of your unity and what I can burn you to, I will.
Had to spend more money to fix what you guys messed up. One thing I say. One day the bill comes for you to do this. "One day the bill will arrive for bad characteristics".
