★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante! Tivemos reunião pra conversar sobre o serviço no dia 17/05, me prometeram entregar a arte pronta em 15 dias. No dia 10/06 cobrei a arte e recebi a desculpa de que o responsável pela arte estava doente e atrasou a entrega, mas que me entregaria em dois dias. Cobrei novamente no dia 13/06, e me deram a desculpa de que por conta de imprevistos atrasou novamente mas me mandariam naquele mesmo dia. No dia 24 (quase 40 dias depois) me enviaram um arte feita provavelmente minutos antes de me mandarem, totalmente fora do conversado. Solicitei alterações e estou aguardando até agora o material com as alterações.
Falta de profissionalismo absurda e desrespeito.
Disappointing! We had a meeting to talk about the service on 05/17, I was promised to deliver the finished art in 15 days. On June 10 I covered the art and received the excuse that the person in charge of the art was sick and delayed the delivery, but that would deliver me in two days. I covered it again on June 13, and they gave me the excuse that due to unforeseen circumstances it delayed again but they would send me that same day. On the 24th (almost 40 days later) they sent me an art made probably minutes before they sent me, totally out of the conversation. I've asked for changes and I'm waiting for the material with the changes so far.
Lack of absurd professionalism and disrespect.
